All you need to do is to let loose of yourself in a tranquil setting surrounded by sun loungers and screened by mature trees and shrubs. By the end of the three day detox, wellness, and yoga retreat, you will come back a healthier, more energised and conscious person.

Buffet on Sunday for all your friends to experience beauty and vitality of the sentient diet. This experience will transform the health and well-being of all your loved ones who maybe ill and want to be naturally cured.

We suggest a pre detox preparation for you to have an enhanced experience during the detox. To inspire and guide you please carry out a pre detox diet the previous week. Please send us your email so we can forward you some recipes for the week.

During this retreat, the activities will all happen at VILLA BETALBA. This is a unique oasis in the heart of Carrasco, set in beautifully lush gardens. The property is for the exclusive use of the participants of the retreat.
